How do I get started with private yoga classes?

It is easy! Just give me a call or schedule a time for me to call you. During the call we will discuss your availibility and needs. During the call we can also schedule your complimentary intro session.

How should I prepare for the yoga class?

Put on comfortable clothes and be on empty stomach (at least 2-3h since last meal). We practise bare foot.

Do I need any equipement?

At the beginning no. But with time it is useful to have the equipement listed below.

I just want to take one private yoga class. Can I do that?

Yoga is a great but slow medicine, therefore to get any results one needs commitement. That is why in general, I provide private yoga classes to those individuals who are committed to practise yoga minimum once a week. Requests for single yoga class/consultation are treated on case-by-case basis. Please, feel free to contact me for further details.

I don't have any health problems. Will I still benefit from the private yoga classes?

Yes, absolutely! Prevention is the key. Private yoga sessions will help you to understand your body better and to take a proper care of it to avoid health problems later on.

I’ve never practiced yoga before. Can I take private yoga lessons?

Yes!  Absolutely.  That is the best place to start!

What are your rates for private yoga classes?

My rates are comparable to other professional practices in Switzerland such as psychotherapy or physical therapy.  I will give you a quote during our intro call.

In which language do you teach?

I teach in English, French and Polish.

I don’t live in Swiss Riviera region. Will you still travel to me?

It depends on the exact location and timing. I might be able to accommodate extra travel time with an adjustment in my rates. You can also book online yoga sessions.

I would like to do private yoga classes at home with my partner/friend. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible on adjusted rates.
